Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in the Boston area is seeking dedicated teachers to lead and mentor staff while delivering our curriculum that respects each child’s needs. You’ll create a safe, engaging environment for play and learning.

In this role, you’ll partner with families, support enrollment and accreditation goals, and help foster strong teamwork. A commitment to early childhood education and excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
