Children of America in Philadelphia is seeking a Lead Teacher to support a nurturing early childhood program serving children 6 weeks to 12 years. You will implement daily lesson plans, maintain a safe and structured learning environment, and communicate professionally with families and staff.

You will lead classroom instruction using COA's Mind and Body Matters curriculum, collaborate with a team of educators, and pursue ongoing professional growth in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Early Childhood Education (required).
• At least 2 years of experience in licensed childcare.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must meet state licensing requirements.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Flexible and adaptable in challenging situations.
• Commitment to professional growth.
