Bright Horizons is seeking a Lead Educator in Austin, TX to lead curriculum and mentor teachers. You will work hands-on to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with our philosophy and anti-bias education, while partnering with families.

The role requires a CDA with a plan to complete an associate degree or higher in ECE, with at least three years of teaching experience in quality settings; NAECY accreditation is preferred. In-person position in Austin, TX.

Qualifikationen

• CDA with an educational plan to complete an associate degree is required.
• Associate or higher degree in early childhood education or child development preferred.
• At least three years of professional experience teaching in quality child care settings is required.
• Experience in a NAEYC-accredited center is preferred.
