CommonSpirit Health seeks a Master Teacher at California Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles to lead early childhood education for infants to preschoolers. You will develop curriculum, plan lessons, and ensure licensing compliance while fostering curiosity and school readiness.

You will partner with families, document assessments, and collaborate with educators to maintain high program quality in a year-round, full-day setting from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with children birth to five years.
• BA in Child Development or 24 units required.
• CPR and First Aid training required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• California Department of Education Teacher Permit preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Deliver high-quality instruction supporting cognitive, social-emotional, language, and physical development and readiness for kindergarten.
• Create safe, inclusive learning environments and maintain accurate records and portfolios.
• Observe, assess, and document child progress while engaging families and collaborating with staff.
