Big Blue Marble Academy in Fort Mill, SC is seeking an Early Child Care Lead Teacher to guide development through our play-based curriculum and world-inspired activities for young learners. You will build daily rapport with families, share milestones via electronic reports, and maintain a safe, clean classroom by following enhanced safety guidelines.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with on-the-job training and clear paths for career growth within our centers, from Assistant

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Early Childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred.
• At least six months experience working in childcare, daycare or preschool preferred.
• Employees must stand (six to eight hours daily) and lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Must visually supervise children at all times.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities using our play-based curriculum that takes children on an adventure around the world as they learn developmentally appropriate skills and concepts.
• Develop rapport with families daily and share milestones captured throughout the day using electronic daily reports.
• Follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep your classroom clean and safe.
