BrightPath Kids is hiring a Lead Teacher in Clarence, NY. You will work with teachers and families to provide a home-like environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, following NAEYC guidelines.

Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate curricula and activities, and communicating with families to support each child’s growth. The role offers full-time hours with no evenings or weekends, a competitive pay range, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or CDA or 12 ECE credits required.
• 2+ years in licensed child care preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
