Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree or equivalent and NY license or ability to obtain.
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical direction for a full-service AAHA-accredited hospital.
• Mentor clinical and support staff and foster team collaboration.
• Oversee operations including HR, recruiting, and marketing with national support.
• Drive strategy toward structured co-ownership for eligible candidates.
