Lead Duct Service Technician Job Summary:

As a Lead Duct Service Technician, you will be a key member of our team responsible for maintaining dry vents and developing new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional services.

Lead Duct Service Technician Responsibilities:

1. Perform duct cleaning at residential locations.
2. Communicate the basic air duct cleaning process to homeowners.
3. Demonstrate professional knowledge of all company products and services.
4. Clean and restore ductwork, HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coils.
5. Manage customer relations and ensure quality customer service.
6. Collaborate effectively with team members and perform duties at a high standard.

Lead Duct Service Technician Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to access crawl spaces and attics.
• Availability to work nights and weekends occasionally.
• Willingness to travel out of town occasionally.
