Job summary

Performance Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Drywall Finisher Foreman to lead crews on commercial, industrial, and non-residential projects.

The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and quality, with on-site supervision and coordination with superintendents and project managers. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of drywall finishing leadership, strong math skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel for out-of-town projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Drywall Finisher Foreman.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality for assigned projects
• Tape, fill, skim, and sand drywall according to level of finish
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
• Ability to perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution and close out
• Systematically direct and assign crew field activities to achieve maximize productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance and workplace safety
• Create and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, co-workers and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
• Convey a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of branch and corporation
• Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently
• Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping, and documentation
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members, including apprentices and journeymen
• On-the-job training offered
