Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily work to ensure efficiency in labor usage, customer service and workload completion.
• Provide motivational leadership for employee relations through effective communication, coaching, training, and development.
• Train Delivery Drivers on retail execution, customer service and Safe Driving practices.
• Measure delivery driver performance for accuracy in product placement, time management, cleanliness and organization; communicate when needed.
• Maintain customer relationships through account visits, product knowledge and business updates; support with resets and display builds.
• Collaborate with Driver Manager on scheduling to meet productivity targets and manage overtime and labor budgets.
