As the heart of our operations, you will ensure smooth and efficient transportation services for our airline partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of drivers, optimizing schedules and routes for maximum profitability and top‑tier customer experiences.
• Recruit, interview, train, and mentor drivers to build a high‑performing team.
• Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance scheduling, and fleet condition in collaboration with the Fleet Manager.
• Conduct safety audits, lead station safety meetings, and promote safe work practices.
• Manage local permits, vehicle registrations, and airport transportation relationships; ensure all paperwork and protocols are handled promptly.
