Job summary

The Driller Operator will work as the foreman on site, perform preventive maintenance, supervise helpers, and ensure daily reports and records are accurate.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of drilling experience with deep-well submersible pumps or deep well vertical turbine pumps.
• Must have legal right to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling and construction of test holes, water wells, or monitoring wells.
• Site preparation, mobilization, and setup of equipment.
• Drilling boreholes, geophysical logging, and well development.
• Maintain and repair drill rigs and support equipment; keep maintenance records.
• Supervise and train helpers; assist in hiring decisions for drillers.
• Complete daily work reports and timecards for submission to the superintendent.
• Report daily to client, field representative, or superintendent as required.
