Job summary

Amgen Inc. (IR) seeks a Sr. Engineer to lead DPI device development within the CPD&T team, driving system engineering and device design for inhalation platforms. You will own DHF and DDP for the DPI device and ensure traceability from user needs to verification.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with suppliers, and applying inhalation science to achieve robust device performance and regulatory-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or equivalent with required engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years engineering experience.
• Master's degree with 2+ years engineering experience.
• Associate's degree with 8+ years experience.
• High school diploma with 10+ years engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Lead DPI system architecture and design reviews.
• Own DHF and DDP for the DPI device.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from needs to verification.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Develop verification strategies for device performance.
• Bridge supplier evidence and lifecycle changes.
