Job summary

Adams Clinical is seeking a per diem Psychedelic Dosing Monitor/Therapist to support psychedelic trials for depression, anxiety, and mood disorders at multiple sites. Travel between regional sites is possible, with most work occurring on-site at research sites.

Role involves leading study therapist activities, completing training, and ensuring protocol adherence while maintaining strict ICH-GCP standards. Flexible scheduling and remote options are available per study volume.

Qualifications

Adams Clinical is a rapidly growing research site network specializing focused on late phase industry-sponsored trials of novel treatments for a variety of psychiatric and neurologicalconditions.

We are seeking aper diem Psychedelic Dosing Monitor/Therapistfor exciting clinical trials focused on psychedelic research for individuals with depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders at one or moreofour researchsitelocations.Willingness to travel between regional sites is aplusbut notrequired(Watertown and Boston; Harlem and Bronx).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve asLeadStudy Therapistin psychedelic clinical trials for depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders.
• Completestudy-sponsored therapist training,andAdams Clinical site-specifictrainingrequirements.
• Provide support to participants throughout the clinical trial in alignment with thestudy protocol and training guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinicians and site staff managing participant participation in the study.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional inMassachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, or Texas(e.g., PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT), with the ability to provide psychotherapy in compliance with state regulations
• Attention to detail is critical for this role to ensureaccurateobservation, documentation, and reporting of dosing sessions, with strict adherence to ICH-GCP standards and protocol requirements.
• Experience working with individuals withdepression, anxiety, or other mood disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an interest in advancing mental health care in a clinical research setting.
• Ability to meetfixed scheduling expectations, including consistent on-site availability.
• Final candidate must be approved by bothAdams Clinical and the study sponsor.

Commitments

• Thisisaperdiem,as-neededposition,withworkhoursbasedonstudyenrollment, participant availability, and trial timelines.
• Therapists should anticipate approximately2-3daysperweekofdirectparticipant-facingresponsibilities.Theseincludepre-dosepreparation,real-timemonitoringduringpsychedelicdosingsessions,andpost-dosefollowupsessions.Theexactschedulewillvarybasedonstudyvolume,participantavailability,andinternalschedulingpriorities.
• Flexibility and responsiveness to shifting scheduling needs are essential.
• A majority of the participant appointments must be conducted in person at our research site locations, and a portion can be conducted remotely by the therapist
• Therapists must be willing to learn and adhere to ICH-GCP standards.
• Additional responsibilities includeadministrative tasks, onboard, and study-related training, as well as other tasks assigned.

Pay:

$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
