Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring an Operations Associate in Cave Creek, AZ to support daily store and donation center operations. You will help ensure a clean, safe environment and provide onboarding support to team members.

The role includes travel between locations as needed, training responsibilities, and collaboration with multiple departments to meet business goals. A comprehensive Total Rewards package is offered.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to be trained and take direction.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Makes routine day-to-day operational decisions within the assigned area of responsibility and communicates significant issues to managers.
• Helps ensure Team Members provide excellent service and a consistent experience across operations.

• Supports onboarding and training with resources, guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support.
• Supports day-to-day RDC operations, including team member and donor needs, coverage, maintenance, and product management.
• Ensures locations are clean, safe, secure, and reflect brand standards.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Supports de-escalation and resolution of customer situations with guidance from management.
• Collaborates with Transportation and other departments to support training, reporting, and goals.
• Supports Team Member development through training, onboarding, feedback, and growth opportunities.
