Qualifications

• Knowledge of dog breeds, care standards, and tools of the trade.
• Strength to lift up to 70 pounds and stamina to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Groom to Scenthound standards while providing leadership to the team.
• Create an environment conducive to learning and open communication.
• Teach new groomers the Scenthound standards; provide ongoing mentorship.
• Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times.
