Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an e-commerce distribution center.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
• Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily order processing to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment.
• Develop daily plans to meet productivity and service goals.
• Provide leadership and coaching to 15–20 associates.
• Lead daily meetings, performance check-ins, and recognition programs.
• Monitor reports and metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Enforce health and safety protocols and 5S standards.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and 14001 compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
