Qualifications

• Lead Distribution Lighting Designer oversees and coordinates contract lighting design execution.
• Reviews and approves design packages as a quality gate.
• Provides technical guidance to contract designers and escalates capacity or schedule risks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of external contract lighting design work and define scope and deliverables.
• Review and approve lighting design packages to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance against cycle time, quality, and backlog targets.
• Provide day-to-day technical clarification to contract designers and resolve design questions.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
