This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who enjoys understanding market dynamics, influencing business strategy, and helping leaders across the organization make better, faster, and more informed decisions. Reporting to Executive Director and an integral part of Caremark’s Sales Enablement organization, this role sits at the intersection of market strategy, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and executive decision-making. This is much more than a traditional competitive intelligence role. We’re building a capability designed to anticipate where the market is going, translate external signals into actionable insight, and bring that intelligence to decision-makers across the enterprise. The Director will have significant visibility across CVS Health, partnering with senior leaders to understand emerging market dynamics, competitive shifts and strategic implications, and will help us turn intelligence into action. This role will make the most of available technology by reimagining market intelligence work alongside AI: how we collect signals, identify patterns, synthesize information and deliver the right insights to leaders at the right moment. The Director will partner closely with leaders across Sales, Product, Pricing, Marketing, Government Affairs, and Strategy to rapidly translate complex information into actionable insights and influence go-to-market decisions, product direction, competitive positioning, and client engagement strategies.
The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
