Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Lead Director, Business Consulting to drive enterprise initiatives aligning Medicaid programs with state requirements. You will lead a team of senior managers, partnering with executives to translate complex objectives into actionable analytics and reporting.

You will oversee reporting frameworks, monitor performance, and collaborate with providers, community organizations, and vendors to improve outcomes and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, managed care, analytics, or business strategy.
• 5+ years leading high-performing teams and people leaders.
• Significant Medicaid managed care or state Medicaid program experience.
• Experience using healthcare claims data to drive decisions.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting and performance management frameworks.
• Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic program leadership for Medicaid initiatives and state-directed programs.
• Translate objectives into analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Establish governance and reporting structures for financial performance and ROI.
• Partner with provider organizations and CBOs to assess program outcomes.
• Develop vendor performance and outcome measurement methodologies.
• Present results and recommendations to senior leadership.
