Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree or clinical background preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and Epic.
- Proven history partnering with care networks to improve medical cost trends and care pathways.
- Experience translating clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic partnerships with care delivery leadership and define care model strategies.
- Drive cross-functional technology teams to deliver end-to-end clinical tech products.
- Oversee Epic integration and external data sources to support real-time insights.
- Ensure measurable outcomes: clinical quality, patient experience, and cost efficiency.
