Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years leading and managing creative teams.
• Hands-on experience in animation, interactive media, or scenic/environment design.

• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative leadership and day-to-day management for a multi-discipline team.
• Oversee production of animated content for broadcast and digital media; create scenic environments for live production.
• Lead interactive storytelling and emerging media initiatives; ensure cohesive design across channels.
• Develop and enforce design standards, workflows, and budgets; manage resources.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to align with PBS Wisconsin's mission and priorities.
• Represent unit interests to internal and external stakeholders.
