Seven Hills Community Services seeks a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. Starting pay is $20.50/hour with location-based differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active US driver’s license issued from your state of residence.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Teach life skills to promote independence at home and in the community.
• Follow and implement ISP and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Train and mentor other staff and take leadership in the team.
• Assist with budgeting and managing personal funds.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
