Job summary

The Springs Living is seeking an experienced Lead Dining Room Server to ensure an excellent dining experience for residents at our Salem facility. You will lead dining staff, greet residents and visitors, and serve meals with care and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented mindset and resident-focused approach.
• Ability to supervise dining staff and provide guidance.
• Strong multitasking to manage dining room flow during service.
• Clear communication with residents, visitors, and managers.
• Willingness to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as team leader and supervisor for dining service staff, offering guidance and support
• Greeting residents (and their visitors) at the table
• Serving residents beverages and meals in a courteous, friendly, helpful, and accurate manner
• Delivering room service trays as necessary
• Bussing dining room tables and cleaning chairs
• Resetting tables for the next meal
• Side work/cleaning as assigned
