The WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Lead Digital Transformation Officer to drive enterprise-wide digital initiatives, partnering with business lines, technology, operations, and executives to identify, prioritize, and deliver strategic projects that boost efficiency and customer/employee experiences.

You will manage the project portfolio, govern intake and prioritization, oversee capacity planning, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value while adhering to banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in banking, operations, project management, business transformation, or related areas.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business units.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification preferred.

• Creates executive-level reporting and dashboards that communicate project status, resource capacity, risks, and business outcomes.
• Supports organizational change management efforts associated with transformation initiatives, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborates with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and vendor partners to support successful project delivery.
• Monitors industry trends, emerging technologies, and banking best practices to identify opportunities that support strategic objectives.

SUMMARY:

The Lead Digital Transformation Officer is responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of the Bank's digital transformation initiatives. This role partners with business line leaders, technology teams, operations, and executive leadership to identify, prioritize, and implement strategic projects that improve efficiency, enhance customer and employee experiences, and support organizational growth. The Digital Transformation Officer manages the enterprise project portfolio, evaluates resource capacity, establishes project priorities, and drives execution to ensure strategic initiatives are completed successfully and deliver measurable business value.

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
