Qualifications

• Strong leadership, vendor management, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the COA/DHT program strategy and oversight for clinical programs.
• Own vendor governance, selection, negotiation, and budgets with procurement.
• Manage program risks, issue tracking, and inspection readiness across studies.
• Guide design, execution, change control, and database lock activities for COA/DHT.
