Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. in Rochester, NY is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician for 1st shift. You’ll service and repair heavy-duty trucks, perform diagnostics, and ensure brakes, electrical, and exhaust systems operate properly.

We offer competitive pay from $30.00 to $45.00 per hour based on experience, plus a $3.00 lead differential, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits. Join a family-owned company with modern equipment and a tool reimbursement program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience repairing/maintaining Class 8 trucks.
• Complete set of hand tools for a heavy duty truck technician.
• Vocational/Technical training in diesel or heavy-duty vehicles; HS Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs to heavy duty trucks.
• Troubleshoot and repair brakes, air systems, electrical components, suspension and more.
• Diagnose and repair engine, electrical and exhaust after-treatment systems.
• Inspect and replace general components as required.
