• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own diagnostics, repair planning, parts specification, and mechanical QC gate.
• Develop repair plans and parts lists.
• Train and coach technicians.
• Diagnose vehicles and confirm root cause.
