Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to direct patient care staff.
• Coordinate Charge Nurse duties with RNs acting in relief capacity.
• Assess daily patient care needs and assign care accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with facility procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Train and orient staff as necessary and participate in QA activities.
• Promote safe equipment operation and participate in emergency responses.
