STChealth is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to lead the integration of security into software development, CI/CD, and cloud operations. You will design and maintain secure pipelines, automate security controls, and ensure scalability and compliance across environments.

You will mentor teams on secure coding, SDLC practices, and IaC security while partnering with engineering, security, and operations to shift left on security and strengthen overall resilience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, cyber security, or related field.
• 7+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps with a security focus.
• Experience integrating automated security gates into CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go scripting.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and cloud security tooling.
• Strong IaC knowledge and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and incident handling capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead secure CI/CD design, implement automation for SAST/DAST/SCA within pipelines.
• Architect and harden scalable, compliant cloud infrastructure.
• Implement container security and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Stay current with security standards and threat landscapes.
• Mentor teams on secure SDLC practices and IaC security.
