Job summary

Aechelon Technology, Inc. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to own the technical direction of our Configuration, Pricing and Quoting desktop app. The system uses Electron + React + SQLite and runs offline, with integrations to NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Perforce, and Outlook.

As the technical lead, you will set architecture, enforce standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with sales, finance and operations to translate real workflows into a reliable product and roadmap.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building production software with JavaScript/Node.js and experience leading projects or teams.
• Deep React expertise and strong architectural judgment.
• Experience developing Electron + React desktop applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture end-to-end for the CPQ desktop app including Electron main and React renderer.
• Drive the data layer with SQLite, migrations, and data integrity.
• Lead integrations with NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, and Perforce; manage auth and error handling.
• Set engineering standards, reviews, tests, linting, and release practices.
• Mentor engineers and translate business needs into a technical roadmap.
