Job summary

Medford Dental Arts in Medford, NJ seeks an Experienced Lead Dentist to provide comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative care in a modern, fully digital environment. The role offers a competitive package, up to a $300,000 annual salary range, up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and a 4-day work week in a fully digital practice.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience.
• Active state dental license and DEA registration.
• GPR or AEGD preferred.
• Proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care— with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
• Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
• Leverage digital tools such as iTero, CBCT, Wave One, Overjet, etc. to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
• Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.
• Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth.
