Job summary

Queen Creek Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a dental office leadership professional to train and coach the dental assistant team, manage patient flow, and uphold CDC-compliant infection control standards.

You will develop staff through learning plans and integrate specialty assistants, while ensuring budget and supply management support smooth daily operations. A strong emphasis on confidentiality and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED with mandated state certification/licensure.
• Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or program; or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional documents and regulations.
• Maintain compliance with State, Federal and other regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, etc).
• Ability to direct the work of others and lead a team to goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and compensation information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach all dental assistants to ensure best performance.
• Manage patient flow to optimize the patient experience and dentist efficiency.
• Perform duties per state Dental allowable functions.
• Develop the dental assistant team through learning plans and knowledge expansion.
• Integrate specialty dental assistants into the team.
• Manage infection control, sterilization, and CDC guideline compliance.
• Maintain supplies and budget adherence across the practice.
• Educate team on maintenance procedures and ensure timely execution.
