Job summary

Neighborcare Health in Seattle is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant at Pacific Tower. This on-site, full-time role provides chair-side support for dentists and hygienists, manages operatory setup, and assists with a wide range of dental procedures.

The position includes leadership in clinical operations and collaboration with regional managers. The ideal candidate will hold a Washington Dental Assistant license, have at least 280 hours of chairside experience, and be proficient with dental records

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Washington State Dental Assistant license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 280 hours chairside dental assisting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair side assistance by preparing operatory, including cleaning, disinfection, setting up instruments, materials, and anesthetic for procedures.
• Interview patient to determine reason for visit and record vital signs.
• Place sealants, perform fluoride treatments, coronal polish, and oral hygiene instruction.
• Take digital x-rays and intraoral photos; obtain digital scans.
• Take and pour impressions; fabricate provisional crowns.
• Maintain aseptic techniques and pass instruments safely during procedures.
