Coborn’s Hastings location is seeking a Deli/Bakery Assistant Manager to support operations in the absence of the Department Manager. You’ll lead a team, ensure top-notch guest service, and maintain fresh, high-quality salad, meat and bakery products.

You’ll train staff, assist guests at the counter, and uphold health and sanitation standards while driving sales and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in deli/bakery operations is a plus.

Overview

The primary focus of this position is to assist in the management of the Deli/Bakery in the absence of the Department Manager. This individual will be responsible for providing continuous delivery of exceptional guest service, providing outstanding leadership to Deli & Bakery staff, and ensuring superior quality and freshness of all salad and sliced meat products and bakery products. Other duties include: Answers phones and takes special orders; trains new employees, educates and assists guests at the Deli/Bakery counter; attract guests by creating a fun and friendly atmosphere; actively engaging guests through product samples and suggestive selling; ensures display cases are fully stocked with product and understanding all health, safety and sanitation regulations.

Pay Range

USD $16.25 - USD $21.50 /Hr.
