Job summary

Kiewit Foundations Co. is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence on deep foundation projects nationwide.

You will direct crews, coordinate with field engineers and subcontractors, and drive performance across drilled shafts, piles, soil mixing, and SOE works. Strong leadership and technical grounding are essential for success at Kiewit Foundations Co.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of deep foundation and/or ground improvement project management.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience as a superintendent.
• Experience with foundation/ground improvement equipment and troubleshooting.
• Must be self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers and manage safety, quality and schedule.
• Coordinate with field engineering and crafts for drawings compliance.
• Interface with other superintendents, subcontractors, and Kiewit staff.
• Resolve conflicts, scheduling issues and inform management.
• Assist in schedule planning and determine labor, materials, equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and company rules.
