Learning Care Group's La Petite Academy in Olathe, KS is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire preschoolers and support families daily. You’ll create engaging activities, mentor fellow teachers, manage the classroom, and implement curriculum in compliance with state licensing and company standards.

We value energetic, dependable individuals 18+, with experience leading a classroom and a passion for shaping lifelong learners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for childcare centers.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; ensure licensing compliance.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
