Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a full-time Lead, Data Visualization & Business Intelligence in Miami, FL. In this key role, you will lead the Data Visualization & Business Intelligence team and set architecture and design standards for Power BI solutions across the organization. Candidates should have 7+ years of BI experience, inclusive of advanced skills in Power BI and Databricks. The position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a Master's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive BI experience with increasing technical scope and leadership.
• Expert-level Power BI mastery, especially in advanced DAX and data visualization.
• Production-level Databricks experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own the DVBI data visualization framework and standards.
• Design complex executive dashboards for senior leadership.
• Lead engagement with the medallion architecture and govern Databricks strategies.
