Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to act as an internal consultant, solving business problems with data and analytics. You will partner with teams, design analytical approaches, and deliver insights to improve efficiency and member experience.

You will lead projects, mentor juniors, and help implement scalable ML models and automated workflows across the organization. A strong statistics and programming foundation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of data science/analytics experience.
• 1+ year leading projects or mentoring teams.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Snowflake).
• Experience with statistical techniques and ML models.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Solve business problems using data and analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to define analytical approaches.
• Develop and deploy ML models in production environments.
• Create scalable analytics and automated workflows.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
