Compass is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to guide a data science team and shape the analytical strategy. You will architect scalable ML solutions, forecast trends, and partner with business stakeholders and engineering leaders to unlock insights that drive product and market decisions.

You will mentor junior scientists, advocate clean code and robust experimentation, and help define end-to-end data platforms that support business outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field with 5+ years of data science experience.
• Expertise in time-series forecasting, deep learning, and causal inference.
• Proficient Python and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and deployment.
• Experience productionizing ML models and MLOps workflows.

Responsibilities
