Requirements include a Master’s Degree and 5+ years of experience with strong ML foundations, predictive and statistical models, and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong foundation in ML and statistics; data science experience yielding actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product and service teams to define data analysis and experimental needs.
• Design and implement software, algorithms, and automated processes to integrate and cleanse data from diverse sources.
• Apply statistical methods and ML techniques to analyze large datasets and extract insights for business strategy.
• Develop statistical and mathematical solutions to complex business problems that inform strategic initiatives.
• Create data mining architectures and statistical reporting to identify trends in extensive datasets.
• Oversee analysis of customer behavior and product performance using historical data to support predictive modeling.
• Conduct predictive analytics to anticipate customer behavior and support data-driven forecasting.
• Research and apply emerging data science principles to improve business outcomes and advise across the organization.
• Use independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular attendance; able to work nights and weekends with variable schedules as necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
