Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data science leader to drive large-scale ML initiatives. You will develop scalable data solutions and automation within the data intelligence team, collaborating with engineers and product managers to convert data insights into actionable algorithms.

The role requires deep ML expertise, Python proficiency, and the ability to lead model development and deployment across an enterprise-scale environment. You will mentor teammates and shape strategic data plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required, with substantial relevant experience.
• 12 years of professional experience, incl. 8 years in product development and technology decisions.
• Experience with ML algorithms including regression, decision trees, deep learning, NLP, and clustering.
• Expert knowledge of ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• Significant experience with data mining, statistics, and exploration of large datasets.
• Strong coding ability in Python and advanced statistics knowledge.
• Ability to lead ML model development and knowledge discovery.
• Experience in data wrangling, transformation, and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute large-scale models using advanced analytical, modeling, and ML techniques.
• Create and support cloud-based data science solutions within the data intelligence team.
• Develop scalable, automated data analysis and ML processes.
