Job summary

BeyondSOF seeks an experienced AI/Data Science leader to drive entity resolution, knowledge graphs, and AI-enabled discovery, turning complex data into actionable insights for strategic purposes.

The role requires a US citizen with 8+ years of relevant experience and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. You will collaborate across engineering and leadership to advance scalable data products and mission-focused analytics.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizen required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
• Experience in multidisciplinary, complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of entity resolution, identity resolution, knowledge graph, extraction, search, and AI-enabled discovery capabilities.
• Design and oversee data architectures, ML workflows, knowledge graphs, and analytics platforms.
• Develop predictive models, ranking algorithms, and decision-support tools.
• Partner with engineering to translate analytics into scalable data products.
• Establish standards for model development, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Guide ingestion, extraction, search, graph analytics, and AI-enabled discovery capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve analytical performance and mission outcomes.
• Brief senior leadership on AI strategy, data science priorities, risks, and investments.
