As a Lead Data Science Engineer/Specialist, you will serve as a senior technical expert and strategic leader, driving the development and application of advanced data science and mathematical solutions to address mission-critical challenges for Department of Defense (DoD) clients. You will lead large-scale projects, provide thought leadership, and shape the direction of technical initiatives while mentoring teams and ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions. This role requires exceptional technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to influence organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Project Oversight

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex data science and mathematics projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.


• Define project strategies, establish priorities, and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.


• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to address their most pressing challenges.

Technical Expertise and Innovation

• Develop and implement cutting-edge data science methodologies, algorithms, and mathematical models to solve complex problems.


• Drive innovation by researching and applying emerging technologies in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics.


• Lead the development of scalable solutions for data processing, analysis, and modeling in operational environments.

Advanced Data Analysis and Modeling

• Oversee the design and implementation of advanced statistical, predictive, and machine learning models to support decision-making.
