CVS Health is seeking a Lead Data Privacy Engineer to protect customer, patient, member, and colleague data while enabling business innovation.

The Lead Data Privacy Engineer will play a critical role in advancing enterprise data protection capabilities by designing and implementing scalable privacy and security solutions that safeguard sensitive information while enabling business innovation.
This highly visible role partners across cybersecurity, engineering, data, legal, and compliance teams to embed privacy-by-design principles, strengthen regulatory compliance, and drive enterprise-wide data protection strategy. The Lead Data Privacy Engineer will have the opportunity to influence the future of privacy engineering at CVS Health, lead the adoption of modern data protection technologies, and help protect millions of consumers and their data while enabling secure, responsible use of information across the enterprise.
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
The typical pay range for this role is:
$106,605.00 - $284,280.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
