Qualifications

• 8+ years of applied engineering experience with production-critical systems.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases; strong observability and governance.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other language; AWS, CI/CD, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain role-based observability dashboards for data platforms using Grafana, Dynatrace, and Tableau.
• Define dashboard standards and governance to drive adoption across Engineering, SRE, Operations, and Risk.
• Ensure end-to-end instrumentation and telemetry quality; surface actionable signals and platform KPIs.
• Publish SLIs/SLOs and operational health KPIs and translate into visualizations and reporting for stakeholders.
• Own and improve backup, recovery, archiving, retention, and restore testing.
