Job summary

Syniti is recruiting a Managing Data Migration Consultant to lead a team delivering data migration projects for clients worldwide. You will manage lead data migration consultants and developers, gather requirements, and ensure the team meets customer and Syniti delivery commitments.

After an initial training period, you will drive best practices, obtain Syniti Certification, and collaborate with customer PMO to ensure comprehensive data scope and successful transformations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in ETL, data migration, data quality, and data analysis.
• Experience managing resources and delivering ERP-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Syniti’s tools and adhere to development standards.
• Obtain the relevant Syniti Certification after training period.
• Understand business processes for assigned areas and quickly learn new areas.
• Lead a full team of data migration consultants to meet the project plan.
• Develop data migration rules and reports in Syniti’s tools as per spec.
• Contribute to project planning with customer PMO and ensure data activities are accounted for.
• Author and maintain strategy documentation.
• Communicate weekly status to Syniti leadership and PMO.
• Manage staffing, forecasting, and reporting tasks to meet needs.
• Mentor junior colleagues.
