Responsibilities

• Lead offshore and internal teams, including hiring and development.
• Own content ingestion, metadata extraction, and data quality processes.
• Define standards and SQL-based validation for data quality.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on data needs for search and AI.
• Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Monitor quality metrics and address regressions.
• Plan data platform enhancements balancing new capabilities and debt.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality and reliability.
