Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Data Engineering or Python, strong workflow orchestration experience with Temporal/Airflow, SQL Server proficiency, and are proficient in English.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related field.
- Proven expertise with workflow orchestration tools (Temporal, Airflow).
- Strong SQL Server, stored procedures and data extraction skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding technical growth.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Architect and manage complex data workflows to optimize processing.
- Drive database performance and data extraction strategies.
- Oversee migration of legacy pipelines to modern architectures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define standards and roadmaps.
