You will mentor developers, build and migrate ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize databases, and collaborate across stakeholders. This role is 100% remote with competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Python Development, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in workflow orchestration using Temporal, Airflow, or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and data extraction.
• Experience with data pipeline design and migration using tools like Talend or Airflow.
• Demonstrated ability in team mentoring and stakeholder alignment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering technical growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Design, construct, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to automate data ingestion and transformation processes.
